FINDINGS: The hallmark of the study is the presence of large upper abdominal multi-focal is almost replacing the left hepatic Tobe and sagging inferiorly to compress the pancreatic head / body (yet with clear line of separation) as well as the 2nd part the duodenum. It inferolaterally displacing the right hepatic lobe and gall bladder. Such lesion elicits low T1, mixed high and intermediate T2 signal with peripheral nodular contrast enhancement. The lesion shows intense diffusion restriction measures about 23x16 cm in maximum dimensions No significant intra-/extra-hepatic biliary tree dilatation seen. Normal appearance of the spleen, pancreas, aorta, IVC and both kidneys . Clear pelvic operative with no masses seen Normal appearance of other pelvic organs. . No ascites seen . No significantly enlarged abdominal or pelvic lymph nodes seen Normal MRI appearance of the lung bases.
IMPRESSION Large upper abdominal multi-focal SOL having the above detailed imaging criteria, extensions and enhancement pattern, likely of hepatic origin, among possibilities giant cavernous hemangioma may be considered.
