Conclusions:
with a minimum of 41 BPM at 4: 21: 07 AM and a maximum of 182 BPM at 12: 17: 20 PM (day 6). Intermitent Short PR interval noted.
VENTRICULAR ECTOPICS were 0. SUPRAVENTRICULAR ECTOPICS totaled 14
Il dottore ha così concluso:
It appears that you do have Intermittent short PR interval as documented on 7 days monitor. It means that this is not always present. It has not been seen any malignant (bad) arrhythmia (irregular heart beat).
Please note that around 50% of people with Short PR interval never develop symptoms (dizziness, light headiness, syncope). In intermittent Short PR this percentage should be much higher.
Posso quindi ritenere questi episodi PR provo di significato, e ritenere di avere un holter normale che non necessita ulteriori investigazioni?
Grazie mille
